Saric Court Main Drain

200m of main drain was required to connect existing upstream developments to downstream waterways providing outfall. By connecting two existing assets, it highlighted the need to be absolutely perfect with levels and grades.

These drainage lines were technical, they required Melbourne Water bandages due to the 33m radius at the downstream end. A large network of existing services including; water, gas, overhead power lines, high voltage electrical and sewer mains that had to be navigated to construct the pipeline appropriately, without damages to residents’ services, and personnel on the ground.

To ensure the project went smoothly, numerous onsite meetings were conducted consisting of principal, consultant and various authorities so that any construction methodologies were accepted and understood.
